Mirador Menorca S.L., in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), applies the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
We process the data you provide to manage your booking, respond to your enquiries and provide our hotel services. No profiling or automated decisions are made.
The legal basis is the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures, your consent (for example, when contacting us) and compliance with legal obligations.
Data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship and thereafter for the legally required periods. Once fulfilled, it is securely deleted.
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service (for example, the payment gateway or booking engine), always with appropriate safeguards.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@esmiradorhotel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
